I am a strategic technology leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex digital transformations and analytics initiatives.

As my most recent endeavour, I launched and scaled Arimac AI while forging strategic partnerships with the likes of Microsoft, bringing to life innovative data-driven solutions powered by cutting-edge tech that address critical business needs. On top of this, I play leading roles in teams that are serving large enterprises across the globe, including Fortune 500 companies.

Over the years, I have directed multi-million dollar transformation programs for the likes of Du Telecom UAE - where I orchestrated multiple remote Agile teams, utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Prior to that, I played an active role in the transformation of the COVID-stricken insurance industry of Sri Lanka, enabling the continuity of business operations during the pandemic. I have played impactful roles in the launching and scaling of several successful startups, while delivering strategic business value to enterprise clients in various industries across the Middle East (MENA), Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, and North America.

My career spans building high-performing teams for clients across a number of business domains, successfully delivering over a century of projects and programs from startup initiatives to enterprise-scale transformations, and consistently achieving measurable improvements in efficiency and business outcomes.

My educational background reflects a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in both technology and business domains. Latest, I fortified my knowledge in Business Analytics, earning a place in the President’s Honour List consecutively at Seneca Polytechnic, building upon my Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology. My foundation in technology and management was established with a BSc in Information Systems and Management (Honours) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), providing me with a robust understanding of how technology drives business value.

My professional credentials validate my expertise in project management and agile methodologies. I hold both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) designations from the Project Management Institute (PMI). These certifications, provide a framework for delivering consistent, high-quality results across diverse business environments.

My core expertise lies in program and project management, with extensive experience implementing Agile methodologies across enterprise-scale transformations. I specialize in Multiple Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile (SAFe) - leading distributed teams, and driving organizational change through data-driven decision-making.

MMy business acumen encompasses strategic planning, risk management, and growth strategy development, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful business units and startups.

In the analytics domain, I possess deep knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modelling, and machine learning principles. This includes expertise in data mining techniques, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive analytics methodologies, covering the complete analytics lifecycle - from data preparation and exploratory analysis to model development and deployment.
