Beyond leading technology transformations; I architect and build the intelligent systems that will define the future of business. My career has been a journey from directing large-scale, multi-million dollar digital transformations for global enterprises to my current passion: getting hands-on to create the next generation of AI-powered platforms.

For over a decade, I led complex programs for major clients like Du Telecom in the UAE and Fortune 500 companies, playing a key role in transforming industries during critical times. This experience taught me what it takes to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in high-stakes environments. It’s a perspective I bring to every line of code I write and every product I design.

Today, my focus is on turning ambitious AI concepts into tangible, enterprise-grade products. As the AI Program Lead and Cloud Strategy Lead at Arimac, I wear multiple hats—product manager, architect, and engineer—to drive our AI vision forward.

My flagship initiative is the "AI Factory," a comprehensive, multi-tenant MLOps platform I architected from the ground up. My vision is to create an end-to-end ecosystem that empowers any organization to accelerate its AI strategy, moving seamlessly from raw data to sophisticated AI agents. We're building it on a modern, scalable cloud-native stack including Google Cloud Vertex AI, Elastic Stack (ELK), and the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

From this vision, we've already developed a Generative AI-powered Virtual Agent Platform. This isn't a theoretical exercise; it's a real-time voice agent solution built on WebRTC that can reduce customer wait times to under a few seconds and has the power to redefine the customer support landscape.

I believe the most powerful technology is that which is understood and accessible. This belief drives me to share my knowledge and build a community around AI innovation. Through my thought leadership and content creation, I aim to demystify complex AI concepts and explore how businesses can strategically—and securely—leverage these powerful new tools.

My hands-on technical work is supported by a strong academic and professional foundation. I recently graduated from Seneca Polytechnic's Business Analytics program, where I was consecutively named to the President's Honour List. This complements my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and my BSc in Information Systems and Management from the London School of Economics (LSE). My expertise in execution is validated by my PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
